Information

The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal organization aiding the Parish and the community. We are involved in supporting Seminarian students by doing fundraisers throughout the year. We are involved with youth activities such as, the soccer challenge, free throw contest, essay, and poster contests. We are also involved with culture of life support, aid for fellow Knights, support of Gibault Home for children with behavior disorders, religious services, and any other projects requested by our Parish Pastor. Must be 18 to join.

STATIONS OF THE CROSS

The Knights of Columbus led the Stations of the Cross on February 23, 2018. Included in the picture with members of the Knights are Father Chris and Deacon Dave.

ONE STAR COUNCIL AWARD

The Knights of Columbus, Council 14659, was awarded the “One Star Council” for 2015-16, for meeting 100% all of our goals in membership, insurance, and service projects. This award is a reflection of the work put in by our dedicated Knights here at St. John the Evangelist. Job well done by all of the Knights!

DOUBLE STAR COUNCIL AWARD

The Knights of Columbus Council 14659 at St. John the Evangelist, has been awarded the "Double Star Council" for 2012-13. Congratulations to all of the Knights who have made this possible. This award recognizes outstanding achievement in membership, insurance, and service program activities. Our Council achieved a 200% net gain of our membership goal to win Double Star Council. To earn Star Council, our council also won the Father McGivney, Founders, and Columbian awards. Job well done Knights.

PERPETUAL ADORATION CHAPEL

The Knights of Columbus Council 14659, covers the Adoration Chapel every Saturday morning from 4-5 am. If interested in signing up please contact Jim Martin at 812-303-4541.
